Kylie Jenner has finally confirmed one of the Kardashian family's worst kept secrets - she has had lip injections. 

The 17-year-old has never admitted to the cosmetic procedure before, despite being questioned about her changing appearance for years. 

'I have had temporary lip fillers,' she says in an E! clip from Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
