HALAFU TENA KUTOKA HOLLYWOOD LIFE
Bruce told Diane Sawyer during his 20/20 interview April 24 that he is transitioning from male to female and he’s incredibly happy to finally tell his story to the world.

Bruce Jenner, 65, is saying goodbye to his old self and starting his new life as a woman. The former olympian told Diane Sawyer in a very honest and emotional interview with ABC’s 20/20 that he is finally able to live his life the way he was always intended to. The father of six biological children and four step kids is now embarking on this new chapter and he says he “is a woman.”

Bruce Jenner Gender Transition Confirmed: He’s Becoming A Woman
Bruce told Diane that he is a woman trapped in a man’s body and that he has been “confused” about his gender identity his entire life.

“I’ve always been confused with my gender identity since I was this big,” he said. “I’ve tried to explain it to them this way. God is looking down making little Bruce he says what am I going to do with this one… make him a smart kid, really determined. Let’s give him the soul of a female… here I am stuck … I’m me I’m a person this is who I am. I’m not stuck in anyone’s body this is who I am. My brain is much more female than it is male. That’s what my soul is. Bruce always telling a lie, lived a whole lie about who he is and I can’t do that any longer.”

He added: “Yes, for all intents and purposes I am a woman … but my heart and my soul it is part of me that part of me that female side is who I am. I was not genetically born that way. As of now I have all the male parts … in a lot of ways we are different but I still identify as female. That is very hard for Bruce Jenner to say, because I don’t want to disappoint people.”

We are so happy that Bruce is sharing his journey with the world and know that his honesty will open so many doors for the LGBT and transgender community.

We’ve told you that Bruce’s transition will allegedly be documented in a reality series, which will likely air on E!

“I’ve got my health, I’ve got my children, I’ve got 7 grandkids now. I hope I’m gonna be okay. I feel like I’m gonna be okay,” he told Diane. “2015 is going to be quite a ride. I want to know how this story ends, you know? How does my story end? It’s going to be an emotional roller coaster, but somehow I’m going to get through it.”

Bruce’s Mom Proudly Supports Sex Change
Bruce’s mother, Esther Jenner, 88, spoke out on Feb. 3 about her son’s transition and was very supportive.

“I just learned about [his transition],” she told RadarOnline. “Bruce filled me in, and we had a very long, long, long talk about it. Right now I am more proud of him for what he’s allowing himself to do. I am more proud of him now than when he stood on that podium and put the gold medal around his neck. He deserves all the respect.”
